How does your money-back guarantee work?

Your 30-day trial starts 14 days after you approve the site's design. (See "When Is Payment Due?" below.) Within that 30-day trial period, you can cancel for any reason. You'll receive a full refund within four weeks of cancellation. It's that simple.

When is payment due?

You don't have to pay us until we've shown you the design we've come up with for your restaurant. If you like the design, then payment is due in full; when we receive that payment, we'll move on to developing your site. If you don't like the design we show you, you can turn it down and you won't owe anything. You really don't have anything to lose.

How many Web pages are included in your $65/month package?

Seven. They are the most needed pages for any restaurant: the home page, the menu page, the "about us" page, the "contact us" page and three "wildcards," which are additional pages of your choice (another menu page, wine list, chef profile, reviews, recipes, etc.). These seven pages contain all the information the majority of your site visitors will be seeking.

What if I need more than seven pages?

Adding pages to your site is not a problem. Each additional page above the included seven is usually only $40 per year. Some additional pages and/or site sections — an online store or a multilayered events calender, for example — may be more than $40. Let us know what you want on your site and we'll always give you an honest estimate upfront.

What materials do I have to provide to you?

We provide the site design and the information architecture. You provide all the content. This content includes your logo, your copy/text and any images you want on your site (e.g., exterior/interior shots of your restaurant, photos of your dishes, pictures of your chef). In the case of the site copy, you can provide that to us in one document; our experienced content developers will break that copy down into Web pages and will give it a good proofread before the site launches.

If you need help developing your content, we can do that for you for an additional fee (prices vary depending on the scope of the development). We can design a logo for you, arrange for photo shoots and create copy that's crafted for optimal presentation on the Web. If you think you'll need these or other services, just let us know. We'll always give you a price estimate before the work on your site begins.

How long will it take to make my new Web site

Times vary depending on the design, but on average you can assume your site will be up and running within two weeks of ordering.

I need a more customized site. Can you provide that?

Sure thing. Our basic plan covers almost all the features most restaurant sites will ever need, but there might be additional items or interactive features your specific site will demand. Just let us know what you have in mind and we'll provide you with the costs of the additional features you're interested in.
